Welcome to TAD. By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TAD ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TAD is a social events application that allows users to discover, create, and join events with friends. The App provides features including:

• Creating and managing social events (TADs)
• Connecting with friends and groups
• Sharing photos and memories from events
• Discovering and checking in at spots and landmarks
• Earning badges and achievements
• Receiving notifications about upcoming events

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use TAD. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The App enforces age verification during account creation.

4. User Accounts

To use TAD, you must create an account with a valid email address, phone number, or third-party sign-in provider. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to TAD, including photos and event descriptions. By uploading content, you grant TAD a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing our services.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates the privacy of others

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use automated means to access or interact with the App
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

7. Privacy

Your use of TAD is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Intellectual Property

The TAD name, logo, and all related designs, text, graphics, and software are the property of Aggregate and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimers

TAD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or the content they share.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aggregate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TAD.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.

14. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
